This Beautiful Orgonite Pyramid is made of  Moss Agate, Dragon Bloodstone Jasper, Smoky Quartz, Malachite, Green Jade and Petrified Wood with Brass Metals. It is handmade with love and light and in the highest frequency possible! We named this design EARTH and it is unique in every way, there is no other one like it, so please bare in mind when you order, yours might not look exactly like it but very similar! Resin is a very difficult medium to master. Some pieces will have cracks or bubbles and this is totally normal to the process and unfortunately, not something we can control. This is not a valid reason for a return or exchange.
Good news though! They absolutely do not alter the functionality of the Orgonite or Piece and it will work just the same. Thank you for understanding!

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks (for Pyramids) & 1-3 business days (for Shungite and all other products) after payment is received.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International Customers: You are fully responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

For international shipments, tracking may show limited updates until the package clears customs in your country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
