Caring for .999 fine silver jewelry is essential to maintain its shine and prevent tarnishing, as it is softer and more prone to scratches compared to sterling silver. Here are detailed care instructions:

• Avoid Contact with Harsh Substances: Keep your silver away from chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, lotion, chlorine, and household cleaning products. These can tarnish or damage the silver.
• Remove Jewelry During Activities: Take off your jewelry before swimming, exercising, or doing any activity that may expose it to sweat or impact. Please note that Elite Shungite is a very soft stone. It can crack and chip easily if not handled carefully. 
• Use a Soft Cloth: Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft, lint-free microfiber or silver polishing cloth to remove oils and dirt. Avoid abrasive materials that may scratch the surface. A cleaning cloth is included with your order.
• Wash Gently: If needed, wash with warm water and a mild, phosphate-free soap. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking for extended periods.

Canada: 7–14 business days

International (outside North America): 10–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International Customers: You are fully responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country.

We do not have control over these fees, and we cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare lower values to avoid customs charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

For international shipments, tracking may show limited updates until the package clears customs in your country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
