This Beautiful Orgonite Pyramid is made of Obsidian crystal and Aluminum metal. It is handmade with love and light and in the highest frequency possible! We named this design NORA and she is unique in every way, there is no other one like it, so please bare in mind when you order, yours might not look exactly like it but very similar! Some elements might be different as well (Like the flower of life symbol, etc. I work with the supplies I can get!)

Black Obsidian has been used for thousands of years by ancient eastern cultures to ground a person’s emotions, as well as help them think logically and calmly. This gemstone is one of the most gentle, yet powerful in the world when it comes to spiritual powers.

This pyramid contains the Sacred Geometry Symbol known as The Flower of Life, which represents the universe, with each of the circles representing a part of the world. It is a circle, which itself contains several spheres of the same size and connected by their center.

Orgonite is a substance made of resin, metals and quartz that balances and harmonizes bio-energy, otherwise known as orgone, chi or prana. It is a device that has been rarely studied but it is known to help protect and counteract the effects of EMF Radiation. Resin is a very difficult medium to master. Some pieces will have cracks or bubbles and this is totally normal to the process and unfortunately, not something we can control. This is not a valid reason for a return or exchange.
Good news though! They absolutely do not alter the functionality of the Orgonite or Piece and it will work just the same. Thank you for understanding!

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks (for Pyramids) & 1-3 business days (for Shungite and all other products) after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship worldwide every day, including to Canada, the U.S., Europe, Australia, and beyond.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location.

Delivery times vary by destination:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 7–14 business days

International (outside North America): 10–21 business days

Please note: Estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International Customers: You are fully responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in the price of your item or shipping cost at checkout.

We do not have control over these fees, and we cannot mark packages as “gifts” or declare lower values to avoid customs charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

For international shipments, tracking may show limited updates until the package clears customs in your country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at ascensionorgonites@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ascensionorgonites@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
