Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks (for Pyramids) & 1-3 business days (for Shungite and all other products) after payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You really get the bang out of your bucks at $33. Not just nice shungite but the chain is great, too. Apologies for the grainy photo quality. This is the tree of life design. This is big, thick, shimmering and dark stone!!! Very strong I could not wear it while sleeping. My heart felt heavy/weird. I wear my Ascention Orgonite bracelet 24/7, though. Their shungite really shields me from EMF related joint fatigue & head aches!!!

The 'scratch' you see is not actually damage. This is a pyrite deposit line that is very common in shungite and a good indication that the stone is real. Specially the stones that have been laser engraved. If you look at the pictures of the other pendants you will see they all have some type of deposit line on them. We can always exchange it for you but just know they will all have some type of imperfection, being a natural stone.

Love my heart necklace. I used a nail file to smith the edges a bit so it was more comfortable and strung it with added crystals that go well with shungite
I didn’t expect it would be so big. I got the one with the raven. I decided to change the bail for sterling silver one and put it on a sterling silver snake chain. Wearing it almost all the time, already saved me several times from being attacked.
I ordered three of the smallest Shungite Pendants because I wanted to try using them on my two kitties. I purchased really small clips from luckypet.com. I am so pleased - they look pretty and I know they are contributing greatly to the well being of my kitties as well as myself.
Very lovely and nicely cut pendant. I look forward to wearing it on a regular basis.
I wore my Beyond Mystic pendant every day... until my Raven pendant arrived. My Raven pendant is a couple cm thicker & diameter. More sturdy. (I've broken an old shungite pendant in the past.) I love my Beyond Mystic bracelet, but would've liked the engraving to be just a teeny bit deeper. I realize the difficulties of that though.
I bought 2 Merkabah pendants & turned them into earrings. I am especially grateful for the Mother's Day special discount that allowed me to binge on shungite.
